Blossoming Lotus Cafe Kauai

We are the first Certified Green Restaurant in all of Hawaii.

Our ingredients are Kosher and Certified Organic whenever possible.

The lotus indicates a Living Foods selection not heated above 116 degrees which preserves the heat sensitive enzymes and makes it highly nutritious. All of our dishes may be served live if you so wish it.
