We make organic flatbreads (thin crust pizzas) in a wood-fired stone oven. If you want to know why this is probably the best you have ever tasted (by far), please inspect our ingredients. That’s the secret. Check the links to learn more about our use of organic ingredients. We have taken Benjamin Franklin as a model of creativity, inspiration and respect for the fruits of the earth. We cook the ripest organic Roma tomatoes to make our sauce. We shred blocks of Organic Valley cheeses to sprinkle on top of the sauce. We make our dough with a blend of Green Mountain Mills organic flours. In our wood oven we roast the organic Portabella mushrooms, the Bell & Evans chicken breast, the sweet red peppers, and the organic red onions. We make our delicious pesto with the brightest green organic basil leaves, Reggiano Parmigiano, organic extra-virgin olive oil, pine nuts and organic garlic.
