Last night, my wife and I watched "Forks over Knives" and decided to try and change our families diet to a whole foods diet. Being in the military, I have been struggling with maintaining my weight after having two back surgeries in my mid-20's. My wife is filipina so she grew up on a more healthy whole foods type diet. I plan on making videos to document my adventure. I will be documenting some new foods and the cost of these meals. The cost is important for me because I am not rich. With four children, the good and logical desire to eating 100% healthy has been displaced by the fact that we thought it would cost too much. In these videos, I will also disclose the difficulties of changing to a whole foods diet with toddlers who have gotten used to eating an American diet. Wish me luck
