The food we serve is:Made from organic ingredients as much as possible. We use only fresh vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, seeds, fruits, natural condiments, sea vegetables and soy products. Free of all refined sugar, meat, poultry, dairy, eggs and other related animal products. Naturally low in fat, has a good protein base and is high in fiber. We use only top quality sea salt and oils, along with fresh herbs and condiments. Our water is filtered. Balanced with Oriental health philosophies and modern health conscious western nutritional recommendations. Cooked in quality cookware over a gas range. We do not own a microwave. Prepared fresh by hand everyday.
Serving wonderful organic salads and sandwiches. The organic garden pizza is delicious. Taste the Legendary Veggie Burger which is available only on Friday's from 5-8 p.m. Desserts are made with organic sugar.
