Executive Chefs/Co-Owners Stu Stein and Mary Hinds have brought their own creative interpretation to The Peerless Restaurant. You will experience the unique flavors of their Sustainable/Seasonal Pacific Northwest Cuisine. We want you to take your time, relax and relish in something unique.
The Peerless Restaurant is the only restaurant in Ashland to win the prestigious 2001 through 2004 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine and 2001 and 2002 Outstanding Oregon Wine List Award from Wine Press Northwest Magazine for our wine list.
We support local purveyors that use techniques that are sustainable and regenerative. We are committed to serving organic, natural, hormone-free and non-genetically modified products. We strive to bring Land and Ocean conservation to the table and work with farmers, ranchers and fishermen to keep the environment healthy and the small producer viable.
We are passionate
