The Green Room Bistro
Our philosophy is simple. "Food shouldn't be bad for you and healthy food shouldn't taste bad." The state of commercial food production in this country is frightening. Just a small peek at how our food is produced is enough to disturb even the most stoic palate.
Our mission is to model the changes we see necessary in our industry and prove everyone can still make a profit. The increase in momentum we have experienced in organic consumerism has created a retail environment where organic dining doesn't have to be expensive anymore.
