Dr. J’s Healthy and Tasty Restaurant specializes in an anti-yeast cooking method that uses no sugar, dairy, wheat, yeast, alcohol, caffeine, chemicals, MSG, or artificial sweeteners in our food preparation. We use organic ingredients and present a completely vegetarian cuisine. Our food will starve the yeast and parasites in our bodies, causing them to perish. This allows the innate intelligence in your body to heal and strengthen itself. Furthermore, the synergetic energy of nutrients from various grains, vegetables and herbs used in Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking will improve the function of all parts of your body, including immunity, digestion, elimination, metabolism, mental clarity, and energy.
