Ciao-Thyme Bistro
Chef Bernard's philosophy of using fresh, local ingredients, from the fields to the plate in the same day has created a loyal and dedicated following. Our bistro has an open kitchen concept, entertaining the clientele while showcasing our seasonally fresh food. Ciao-Thyme preserves are an intrical part of our menu and may be purchased from our retail display as an unique souvenir of Whistler. Guests are surrounded by a garden of herbs, flowers and vegetables, enjoying a quieter side of Whistler.
