Our fine dining restaurant is located on our 100 acre certified organic farm. We are open from March through December and prepare lunch and dinner dinner menus items using our vegetables, fruits and pastured raised meats. We offer Sunday afternoon farm tours by appointment during the summer months.

Organic We support and use as many organic ingredients as possible. We have found that products raised without using petro-chemicals, artificial coloring, growth stimulants, antibiotics, or pesticides agree with both our palate and sensibility.
Seasonal Our food is flavor driven. Following this ambition, our recipes and menus draw upon the seasonal bounty of local farms, ranches, dairies and fisheries. In the springtime, asparagus, peas, strawberries, cherries and lovely baby greens might be woven into your menu along with tender lamb or local fish running wild in the Pacific Ocean. Summer is easy with local organic chicken, glorious heirloom tomatoes, sweet corn and mouthwatering fruit will adorn your table. Autumn stirs a desire for comforting foods, light yet hearty in nature, peppers, eggplant, nuts and dried fruit compotes show up on our menus. As the chill of winter sets in, you can almost smell the mouth-watering dishes.
