We cook the ripest organic Roma tomatoes to make our sauce. We shred blocks of Organic Valley cheeses to sprinkle on top of the sauce. We make our dough with a blend of Green Mountain Mills organic flours. In our wood oven we roast the organic Portabella mushrooms, the Bell & Evans chicken breast, the sweet red peppers, and the organic red onions. We make our delicious pesto with the brightest green organic basil leaves, Reggiano Parmigiano, organic extra-virgin olive oil, pine nuts and organic garlic.
