Celebrating local, responsibly grown foods since 1999, Primo raises much of its own organic produce in four acres of gardens surrounding the restaurant. There are heirloom pigs being raised on the property as well, and a flock of 100+ chickens supply all of the organic eggs. Award-winning chef Melissa Kelly changes the menu daily to reflect the harvest and the season. What is not produced by Primo's full time gardeners comes largely from local farms and fisherman.

*The term raw refers to keeping all of the ingredients under 118 degrees. This preserves food's natural enzymes which catalyze digestion. Wheat, dairy, soy and refined sugars are naturally omitted in raw food preparation.
