In following food from the farm to the plates we serve, we have learned that respect for the land and a thoughtful relationship between people and their environment is vital to thriving cultures. Many cultures celebrate terroir and embrace the role of food in society with rich food traditions, lively open air markets, and celebrations centered around seasonal harvests. At L'Etoile we support established and burgeoning artisan traditions, local farmers, and local farmers markets, and cultivate our own Wisconsin slow food heritage that embraces seasonal eating.
Café Soleil is located on the street level of L'Etoile's building. The Café features espresso, artisan breads made in-house, sandwiches, sweet and savory pastries, soups and salads, all made with locally-grown ingredients. The Café also features proprietary blends from Ancora Coffee Roasters.

Lucy's Restaurant & Bar has been serving organic/sustainably produced food since 1997. Lucy's has two large wood fired brick ovens that are the center of the restaurant. Organic hearth breads are baked in the ovens in the morning and pizzas, mussels, pan seared halibut, calzones and more are pulled from the ovens in the evening.
Our goal is to use organic produce and naturally or organically raised meats as much as possible. The local Farm Market takes place just outside our patio doors every Sunday morning and has allowed Lucy's to develop relationships with local farmers and producers.
Our lush patio is open during the warmer months and our North Room is available for private wedding rehearsal dinners, anniversary celebrations, or birthday parties for 20 to 75 people.

Lulu's in the Garden is operated by chef/owner Corbin Evans inside the Garden District Hotel. Chef Evans' preference for farm fresh local ingredients makes Lulus in the Garden one of the Times Picayune's "Places We Love to Eat" as well as Gambit Weekly's Best New Restaurant (2003). In keeping with our green theme, we have recently purchased a 10+ acre farm in Tylertown, Mississippi. The idea behind the farm, besides lots of fun and adventure, is maintaining sustainable agriculture in the region while providing seasonal fruits and vegetables to both LuLu's Restaurants.
