The Red Avocado was founded with the understanding that taste, nutrition, health, and community are all pieces of the same puzzle. We continue to provide our customers with organic vegan food that is non-toxic and is not genetically modified.
No animal products are used in any of the cooking. We use unprocessed flours and sugar, and all ingredients are organic. We offer a menu that can cater to gluten-free, sugar-free, low salt and hypoallergenic diets, just let us know ahead of time and we can adapt our menu to your needs.
We are experienced in all types of vegetarian cuisine. We emphasize a holistic and creative approach to our catering events, and our menus are always produced utilizing in-season, organic and local products. Our services include personal chef catering for intimate in-home parties, and special events, luncheons, brunches, picnics, and office parties at the venue of your choosing.
Our International Vegetarian Cuisine consists of Caribbean, African, Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern and Soul Food.
Our specialties include Organic Veggie Burgers, Tofu Teriyaki Wraps, Groundnut Stew, and Veggie Roti.
We accept reservations but they aren't necessary.
